Finance your upgrades with the Clean Energy Improvement Program
Attractive interest rates & flexible terms: CEIP offers competitive rates and long repayment terms (up to 20 years). The financing can cover up to 100% of project costs, and some participating municipalities offer incentives to help reduce the total investment.
Pay through your property tax bill: This type of financing is attached to your property tax bill, so you make repayments to your municipality. If the property is sold, the new owner can assume repayment or, depending on the conditions of sale, you may pay off the balance owing at the time of sale without penalty. Energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades help decrease energy use and increase the comfort of the property. All eligible upgrades must be installed using a CEIP Qualified Contractor, like SkyFire Energy.

Application process for financing options
Our team will provide you with an initial estimate for system size and energy production for your specific house. For accurate estimates and economic analysis, we will require a copy of a recent electricity bill.
